lma0o0, Trade With Caution.

I paid lma0o0 to do summers end for me. After i sent the money, he told me i had to wait a few hours. So i demanded it back, after i demanded it back, he said that he would do it right now if i didn't take it back, so i let him do it. It took him two hours to do 3/4 of the quest, and then he backed out, saying "he had to go", without replying afterwards. I have screenshots of me sending the money to him through paypal, and of the quest incomplete, i can supply chat histories from msn, though i know it says that isn't proof enough. So this is the best i have:
