I'm assuming you aren't an actual member of vista tutor. If that's the case, they don't give tutoring anymore if your not a member. All they do when you go on vista tutor is a guest is give you a "sample" problem of the subject you say you need help in. By the look of your conversation that's what happened. They didn't fail at answering your question.. they just ignored it completely because you aren't a member ^_^

 

If that's how they sell their product, the actual tutor will be even worse. It just look like an unresponsive robot program.

 

If they would preferably answer the Guest's(not member) question then it would be called as free service then... You can try to register and see if they really have "fail". amazon affiliate books
