Paying For Animation Graphics [Runescape Related Payment - No; Not Accounts]

I am wanting animation graphics for an entire thread. I am looking for graphics that appear and then disappear after some time - something like my current signature.

When making graphics for me I would like the hard copy file once completed in case updates need to be made for whatever reason.
