well sperm only lasts about 24 hours inside of your bosy before it dies anyway so it doesnt make a difference. Plus your body makes sperm so quick that it will only go down if you do it 3 or 4 times a day on a regular basis.

It is perfectly fine for to do that, 90% of males masturbate and their first sexual experience is through this.
