why am i perm banned now?

What the hell. My account Nawoo was temp. banned for 2 weeks 2 days ago and now all of a sudden its perm banned?

Also id just like to say discussing recovering accounts is not/should not be in the rules because the original owner of the account can at any time recover the account back. All the accounts i recovered i made 100% sure they quit. Even if they took a extended break, it shouldnt be hard for them to get there own account back. If anything ill be loosing because they will recover there account back and all the work I did for them will go down the drain.
