Why is he not banned.
A simple twc?
I mean, I don't find that right.
Any other member would be banned if he had not payed for 2 months.

When clearly he didn't.
So that shows intentions of deceit on his part.

I say he should be banned until sebben receives payment at least.

Unless you're Plznate or Sebben, you don't know the entire situation. He is trying to return the items and if he doesn't he will be banned.
