1 Def pure - Prayer?

Hello, what is your guys opinion on getting 43 prayer on my 1 def pure? Going to do RFD, MM, DT. Should I get prayer?

Also, if i'm gonna lvl up my pray, should I just buy bones and bury them, or should I do some quests before starting? I know the Priest in Peril, but that's the only one.

Please answer.

 

either 31 prayer or 44 prayer if u have high range, if not high range then 31 prayer maximum

 

yah dont get prayer unless your a duel staking pker..

id say dont get any pray cuz in wild you never have prayer...unless you carry pray pots in wildy..

Correct me if i'm wrong but, If you want to do desert treasure you will get prayer experience along the way, as Priest in Peril gives prayer experience as a quest reward.

 

I know, therefore I wrote the Priest in Peril in the starting post.

You're going to get prayer exp from Priest in Peril anyway so I'd say get it up to 44, that's what I prefer. But it depends on whether you'll be using range or not. If you're not ranging much, then as Burnley said, just get 31 for ultimate strength.

And quest the prayer as much as you can. Why not save the cash for some thing better

 

Depends on what your stats are atm. You will end up with 12 pray from Priest In Peril (dt) and Restless Ghost (for accumulator). Now you will want to train it to either 13/31 if you're Strength/Range are around 75-80, and 44/45 if they are higher. You will definately need protect prayers if you're going for maxed, and 45 prayer will help if you plan on bridding. There are only a couple more quests that give prayer exp on your pure, Mountain Daughter (bear mask aswell) and Recruitment Drive.

 

Ull obviously would want to finish DT on your pure, so ull get 11 pray by doing the required quest. just get 13 after this, and ull have a +10 str bonus for only 2 cbs gained, as well as ancients

stay 11 or 12 depending on if you do restless ghost. I am a maxed melee pure with 1 def/1 pray and it owns not having to carry pots or go to altar after every fight.

 

dont train prayer... quests are going to give enough prayer and in the wildy you rarely use prayer

 

Just get 31 dude. No reason to get 43

 

13 > 1 > 11 > 45 > 31
