Thats one i could find i believe there was more, he said he would pay back
but never did..

He made the excuse he sent it in the mail
and when asked for tracking numbers he made an excuse not to provide them

Don't accuse someone so quickly though. It's very possible that there was a misconception especially considering that it hasn't been all that long of time.
