i reported wolfie before for scamming me 200$ ltc for rs3 gp and the report was closed but now i wanna reopen the report as he is still luring more players and baiting them and scamming them with his partners and his name is bull something and i got more proofs as 2-3 staff from elite ranks dm'd me irl and told me about this and that he is still luring people and taking advantage of his rank and he should be taken down.

 

I would like to request the proof you have on this.. cause this is a big accusation.
