    Botting on a VPS
    If i were to put an rs bot on a vps, say for example, rsbots.net runecrafting bot. What specifications would the server need to have minimum to run rs and the bot. I notice that sometimes the bot can take up a bit of CPU usage etc, so im just inerested.

    I'd go with a gig of ram and a 2ghz processor (non-dual core) to save money if your only running 1 bot on there. I've never really thought about running a bot through a VPS before. Good idea, and that way since the bot is running on their servers if you get a perm ban you can just say your account was hacked.

    Havn't talked to you in a while, been busy irl but with a linux vps I used the level 1 package at
    http://www.hostgator.com/vps-hosting/
    Runs 1 bot for a month.
    It's linux so you'll have to take the time to set it up.
