Should I get this laptop?

Well, I'm in need of a new laptop, and was wondering if this laptop would be good for school work, PS, programming, etc. Just not major gaming like MW2, etc, as I'll use my PS3 for that...

This is what I've been looking at, it looks nice...Should I get it? is it worth the price?

If your just looking to use photoshop and work on programming like visual basic and C++ type things, then you could get a cheaper laptop. But unless you really like this one then go for it. I would recommand a cheaper one though

 

It looks way overqualified for the job. It's a good laptop to get, but if you're only going to use it for PS, programming and some others, I recommend a cheaper laptop.

What is your budget?

 

I'd use it to multitask a lot, and I want this laptop to last. I'm gonna need it for school..Gonna have to use it a lot.
My budget is around 550$.

 

BestBuy is notorious for ripping people off with their computer prices. I'm not sure where you live, but I'd try www.Frys.com for a good deal on a laptop. I bought my desktop from there, pre-built, and saved over $300 from what I would of paid at BestBuy.
