squire bot - paid and disabled service.

yesterday I bought squire bot and 3 accounts for corrupted gauntlet online from member of sythe. i paid for these account is osrsgp and I paid for the squire memberships with Ethereum. both ID's found below of proof of purchase.

you can see they being rude as soon as i make ticket one foxen right "fk off"

today i wake up and find my account all logged off. i make ticket in discord and they say i was banned because the account was using on squire was linked to a member scamming. so i make report here so Sythe can verify claim.

i spend 190$ and 12 hours i cannot use any service, if they don't want me to use bot, they can just refund and i can take business elsewhere, this is thief.

i make a ticket in the discord like request and they start asking me 100 personal informations like connect to my computer and i declined, i don't want anyone in my computer. they have someone named jim in discord who wanted to connect my computer and was very pushy, he don't even work there.

i answered their question in discord and they keep asking me for things i do not understand, my english is not 100%. how is my fault if i buy account online and this was used by someone before to make a scam. if i buy a used car and get faulted because that car was used in hit and run and then sold, i cannot do anything for this.

if i i have done something wrong please prove that i have, i have done nothing wrong.

im not rich person, all my money i had i put for account and bot. please sythe check report and account, i need this money

this member is not a part of staff / admin / bot and they are letting him ask customer to connect to their computers. i did not agree to any terms that they will connect to my computer. that is a breach of privacy and illegal. pretty sure this is against rules. seems the user is on this forum too.

 

I can provide evidence to a Sythe staff for the reason of termination. Our TOS is posted and this user violated these terms and conditions.

Scamming
Scamming inside OR out of the Squire community. This includes account sales and recoveries, selling / buying gold, etc..
Licenses
Selling your licenses / lending your licenses to a friend is completely unacceptable.
Services
Offering services using squire is not allowed. You are not allowed to take payment to run a script for another person.
Account Sales / Gold Sales
We are not a market place. We do not allow sales between customers.

Joe, I'm not going to argue with you, nor am I going to leak how I am tracking you. You've agreed to our TOS before purchasing. I do not even have to show evidence.

 

provide proof to sythe to support your claim that indeed is true, because i know you're a liar thief. so basically you are saying, if anyone purchase after 5 minutes you can ban, good business that. don't worry, i will return my funds. please sythe staff check this.

i was using code my brothers pc and mine and not allowed to share codes, i was violate their terms but now they have warned me and give me back my money. thank you.
