    Safest way to use paypal?
    Hey, I just got paypal and I have my bank verified and stuff. So, I have never traded with anyone over paypal and I am trying to sell an account for money (paypal). I always hear people saying they will only accept gifts, what is so good about gifts? Is there any way that people can somehow scam me by getting their money back after they pay me?

    It's not that safe, mostly anything relating to online virtual trades on paypal can be recovered with a simple phone call. They can always claim that it was an unauthorized transaction.

    You can file a report for an "Unauthorized transaction" or call your Credit Card company and get the payment Charged back.
