Giving 1600 mp or 3 month for 10th Prestige lobby

I would like someone to host a 10th prestige lobby for me, tell me how it works, if there is any risk getting banned, and what steps are suppose to be taken on here before we initiate the trade(ex: if there has to be a mod to verify etc., etc.). I'm new to this site and modded lobby stuff. Obviously I have less refs so I know I will go first.
