What amazes me is that the account he verified has 209USD, and he only took 10Usd, it can't get more legit than that.

Afterwards I purchased another, for 8usd for another account, and it worked.

No, he didn't have money to pay, because his money was in the account that needed verifying, and I wouldn't go first with such a low post count.
