    MW2 Infectables
    Most lobbies have infectables such as auto-aim, burst weapons fire at full auto speed, etc.

    Basically you get into the lobby and that "infects" you and until you either leave MW2 multiplayer or turn off your Xbox you have the extra infectable. It's pretty fun if you get some good infectables.
