    Title: Disputing My Ban

You have been banned for the following reason:
    Scamming: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=816356 + http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=823349

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

I was accused of scamming by a member of Sythe a while back, Fear Da Ocelot. I clearly posted that my MSN was hacked or jeopardized at the least, yet he continued to carry out a trade without a PM. Most of the mods know that “Invalid username or password errors” on MSN usually mean that someone is freezing their MSN account and do not think too heavily upon it.

Also, the manner in which the trade was conducted supports that it was not me in control of the MSN that was used to scam. At no time have I ever gone and asked someone if they are selling an account, it is always the other way around. I ask always if they want a private message and usually request a middle man. If I was buying an account of that size I would ask for a middle man. I have said since I have had a few accounts hacked, that my PayPal was not working so I would always try to do trades with non-PayPal items, such as Microsoft Points, Xbox Live Time Cards, or other Xbox Live Accounts. I even had made an agreement with an Official Middle Man, that if I was to ever deal in PayPal he would be the one holding the money.

As soon as the scam attempt was brought to my attention I did multiple things to help correct the situation. First, I tried to get in direct contact with the member accusing me, yet he never responded. In addition, I created a thread in the section where I do all of my business, the Xbox Section. The thread link is here: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=816487. This was used to explain my end of the situation, and you can tell there was an outcry of support and confirmation that my MSN was compromised. On top of that, Feren Silver checked my chat logs on my computer via TeamViewer, to see if I had ever had a chat with Fear Da Ocelot, which I did not.

Finally, I am one of the most trusted Xbox Section members, I’ve handled trades bigger than this, why would I scam this one? Halo 3 is a dying market, why would I want an asset that would lose money?

You are responsible for your msn, I have PMed the person who got scammed and told him to get in contact with you. Try to catch him on msn and repay what was scammed.
