    If you have already paid for it you would have the reciept in your inbox (hotmail) if you used PP or WU. I think most online money sending systems give you reciepts.

    IF you sent using mail you should have used a tracking order to see where abouts the money is or if the other person has already recieved it.

    Your fault if you have none of these as proof. No pic, No proof.

    Oh and without proof your not hurting anyones reputation apart from your own.
