Plznate scammed me because I'm offsite?

I've never registered with Sythe and I don't really intend to after what happened today.
I browsed Sythe's black market in order to find a nice place to buy membership pins, and I decided to buy a pin from Plznate.
I don't know what your guidelines are here, but if being scammed because I don't visit Sythe is allowed, then I never want to register here.
I would think this is against the rules, if I'm right then I hope this is sufficient proof that he is a dirty scammer.
