So recently I haven't been on much due to taking care of irl things and the fact that Sythe is just super slow for me (not down) and I is just wondering how you guys think I am doing and how I can improve ;d

Just because you get on the computer 2 hours a day and not 10, does not mean you are doing bad. You're doing really good compared to some of the other mods and you don't need to worry about anything.

You need to do the scam reports and try out for UE

 

You should of rigged Survivor: Sythe so that the green team would have won. But seriously, you've done a good job, one of the most active mods, both with mod duties and community based.

 

Gohan, ily. Even though you have been busy, you are one of the few mods who actually consistently responds to PMs, even for minor issues such as thread title changes. IMO, your the best sectional around.

Seriously though, I don't think you could improve much more You're as active as you need be, and you have a healthy balance between RL and E-Life.
