FLIP MERCHANTING


What is flip merchanting? - Flip merchanting to me is Buying an item low as possible in G.E and selling it as high as possible in G.E.

Requirements - Around 10mill for most of the items on the list. Also the key to flipping is PATIENCE. Don't expect your stuff to sell right away, the items I tell you , WILL SELL! most of the time overnight.


Why would I flip merch? - Because Flip merchanting only takes up 15-30mins out of the time of your day and you can make 100k to 3mill a day by doing so.

I played with merchanting before and lost A lot of money whats different about flip merchanting then clan merchanting? - Flip merchanting is probably the safest way to make money out of all the other methodes used in G.E , which most clans minipulate the item in the market to sky rise in price and sell it for maximum profit. The reason this is safe is because when you use a clan to buyout an item. The clan tells you to buy out an item so the dump is extremely high where its already at. The clan ranks dump early then you and then the item plummets even more farther down then you bought it. Most clans that do this method are corrupt, so do your best to avoid.

Why choose this guide? - I'm here to give back to the community as much as I can. Rsbot has made me better skills and a lot more money. Now I'm not the best at scripting because I don't know how to at all. The best talent of mine is money making in Runescape and I know the best methodes to maximize your profit.

Rules of G.E:



There are several rules to buying and selling an item in G.E

1. certain items for example most armor you can only buy 10 every 4 hours. The reason is so that the G.E controls merchanting and minipulating the G.E. Other stuff like fish you can buy a max of 20k before the limit of 4 hours. 25k max for runes.
2. Once you bought your item you must wait a period of 4 hours before the G.E starts to sell them.

You can search more items on the G.E data base where it shows most valuable items in runescape then scroll down to choose one you can afford.

Buying your item:
Now flip merchanting is like a guessing game lets just say. All of the items are most of the time stable * meaning they don't crash and make you lose a lot of money*

Lets start with Death runes since both P2P and F2P can learn something. Death runes range between 351 to 387 on the G.E scale. Like I said before flipping is a guessing game but ALWAYS START LOW. For example if I bought 1 death rune at a gp below market price then they are selling relatively fast. Now that I have an idea of how much they are selling at. Ill set my price 352gp... Yes 1 gp above minimum and why did I do so? Because sellers never want to sell their item at minimum.. they want to make cash. Instead of buying an item at minimum where A lot of buyers that just don't care about getting the item fast click minimum button. Buying the runes 1 gp above minimum gives you priority over most of the buyers at minimum so you will get your runes faster.

Selling your item:
Now selling is about 10x easier then buying because there is a simple rule to follow. If you bought an item 100-200k under mid price, and if your smart you would sell it 3-10k under middle price. This is because since there is so much supply in the G.E, nobody will buy it above middle price.

I ALWAYS use Chessy018 clan. They are a flipping clan now. Not a minipulation clan. These people know what they are doing. They don't scam you, they guide you in the right direction all the time. They are funny too, and those for you who don't know who Chessy is... she's extremely rich with like 6 piles of max cash and shes really nice... so ya try your best to make the ranks like you and you maybe ranked.

What to watch out for:
When I said flipping is probably the safest way to make money in merchanting. There are however times you can lose money. Don't worry you wont be losing like 15mill because a clan dumped early. When I say lose money you will only lose 100k-300k. This only happens 5% of the time when you flip.

This only happened to me once... as soon as a bought all 10 of my torag helms. The price crashed and has still been crashing to this day.... but now worries. Made a bunch more and just keeping the item till it rises back up

Also Careful when you flip guthans,veracs,karils,dharok,ahrim's sets I can not tell you how many sop stories I hear when the prices crash for these items. Let me tell you when merching these items THESE ARE VERY HIGH RISK ITEMS. Meaning that they can crash in price constantly. These are extremely hard to predict items, so just a warning you are always at risk.

tips using chessy018's clan:
There are several terms that they use but they NEVER tell you how much an item is under. Thats where you have to discover yourself. The good part is , the clan members will tell you where to buy it and where to sell it at.

Example: Whip under over - this means buy the item about a little bit under *probably 15-40k under middle price* and sell it over middle price.

Whip under under - means buy the whip under (when its under under usually you buy the whip wayyyyyyyy under) and then you sell it under middle price.

Whip over over - buy whip over middle price and sell it over middle price.

For a definite fair warning to everyone, I believe that almost all of the items on my list have crashed dramatically so I suggest not buying anything otherwise you may lose a lot for buying to many via bandos Godsword is going down hard after 4:00pm...good thing I made a 5mill profit before though xD.

It's easier to exploit f2p merch clans tbh, they only got a limited amount of items to merch, so just set out 10-20m aside and use all that to buy a certain item, a item that is dropping a bit.
The f2p merch clan will eventually try to merch it, wait 2-3 days after the beginning of the merch and sell everything at max price.
