When is a good Wii game coming out?

Nothing as of yet has released on the Wii in 2010 that is worth mentioning. However, this Tuesday will be a step in the right direction. You should have at least one good game of a different genre to choose from in each month, starting with the release of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom (Fighting) and No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle (Action Beat-em Up); both games have been receiving great reception from critics.

If you played Endless Ocean or any games from the Monkey Ball series, in February, you may want to look into Endless Ocean Blue World or Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll. Red Steel 2 (a first-person action game that uses WiiMotion Plus) is set to release in March; Monster Hunter Tri (an Action RPG where you do battle with many different monster species with co-op and online) is scheduled for April.

That is what the first three months look like and you have a right to be pessimistic, especially when looking at the PS3 and Xbox 360 lineup, but there are quiet a few games set for 2010 without set release dates, but you may want to make note of: Metroid: Other M, Trauma Team, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Epic Mickey, The Grinder, Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, and possibly a few surprises.
