1840's Republic of Texas $1!!!

Not 1000000% sure but i think this is real, iv had this bill forever, took to a museum and they said is looks real and think it may also be real, but no one is 100% sure.. in someone good condition, its good not falling apart and is being kept in good place, retail value on ebay is $299-$500
