The ban is not up for discussion. Giddy was banned for child porn, and while normal porn is usually a 1 month, the nature of this was worth a permanent ban. I have no grudges, and I'm the one who issued the ban.

This second guy was banned for breaking + admitting to breaking the rules right here in this thread. There's no second chances.
