Could I verify my PayPal this way?

OK, firstly I'll point some things out.

1. I'm under 18, So I WILL my lying about my age.

2. I live in Australia, you need a bank account to verify your PayPal (And I can;t do this, please don't ask why!)

3. My I.P address has been flagged by PayPal for having already having a couple of limited accounts.

OK, My plan is to Create a US PayPal (On a US Proxy.) Then buy a prepaid card to verify my account. Then I'll continue using the US Proxy every time I use PayPal, so I can't get limited.

My question is will this work? Are there any flaws in my idea? Do you have any other suggestions?

Im the same like this..
My pp got also limited acouple times made new ones than limited.
I used a proxy made a new one bought a visa card verified my PP and this was like 3 weeks ago.
Still no limited PP.

Yes, but if you accidentally log in through your normal IP you'll get limited again, so be careful. Also, US Paypal accounts need a bank account to be verified, not a card.

 

Do you know what sort of accounts can use Cards to be verified?

 

Just use an Australian or canadian paypal they dont need to be verrified to send or accept money.

 

I don't know? None actually...you can verify via proof of address and a credit card, but that's it.

I dont think you can have a paypal account thats verifed by a card, I'm pretty sure it has to be link to a bank account. I tried to use one of my cards at first before I could link my bank in.

 

AFAIK you CAN have a paypal verified by a card, as long as it's prepaid.
If not, another option is to buy a VBA (virtual bank account) from somebody on sythe for like $3.

 

In the US you need a CARD or BANK ACCOUNT also to verify your paypal.

I don't know how your going to get a credit card if you are under 18.

Not sure if this will happen to you but:

I live in the U.S.
I bought a Visa gift credit card from Chase. I registered this credit card. Then I made a paypal account and I got it verified via paypal by having them charge a random amount to the card and you report back to them the code or w/e. So it said I had a sending limit of like $1,000 or something like that. Well The second someone sent me $.01usd (YES A PENNY) my account was limited! So paypal has gotten a lot better and smarter

 

Make a US PayPal, and "borrow" your mom or dads credit card, just make sure don't buy something you don't have the cash for. or else it will charge the credit card. Personally i am under 18 too, so my big sister lets me use her CC.
your PayPal will still be unverified, but you will have an increased sending limit.
