Account stolen, now permanently banned!

I was away at my Uncle's house and I didn't log into RS for like 1 month and a half. My RS account was stolen. I recovered it today only to find out that it has been permanently banned for macroing. Is there any way to contact jagex by phone or e-mail to let them know that the person that had my account was macroing on it and I had no knowledge of it?

I actually have no idea... tbh but good luck for getting unbanned (if you do)

 

Yeah, [email protected] or something, Just pretend you are a parent, and tell them to look over the IP address.

I think if you appeal, it should work.

 

My account was permantley banned once, I never called and I appealed but I had to wait about 6 months before it was unbanned.

 

won´t work, they say that in the rules you accept entire responsibility over the account being or not being you the one that bot in it. believe me i tried that.

The problem with that is, the person that stole my account already sent an appeal and it is currently pending.
