Deny the guests access?

I've just been thinking. The server goes down sometimes because too many people are trying to access Sythe sometimes, right?

Well I've got an idea. How about we deny the guests access to major parts of Sythe? I mean look at it now.

82 members online and 276 guests online? The amount of guests are 3 times the amount of the number of users on. If we disallow the guests access to major parts of Sythe, wouldn't they stop coming, making the down times less frequent?

The guests that want to join would be able to join whereas the guests here just to leech would just piss off.

Discuss.

P.S. I'm aware this is on the DNS list, but just think about it.
