    Get both accounts to rimmington.
    Go to a german or portugese server.
    The account with the phat sells it to the store.
    Then buy it with the other account for 1 gp.

    TIPS: Do it on a low player server, and do it fast or someone might snipe the phat.

    Apart from shops being limited to 1 person each, Jagex made it so that you cannot sell rares to General Stores.

    I heard there was an update making it impossible to sell rares to shops anyway regardless of the specific player shops.
