Black heads and pimples :L

yeh title says it all

i know i had a few pimples here and there but they go away by them self but black heads naw those things are hell any one know how to get rid of them and no smart ass comments about use clearcell or waht ever cause they are full of sht and dont work :L


so go post what ur worst break out or what u did u get rid of them

 

Acne medications to not cure your acne, just simple help them from appearing as often and as noticeable. I suggest the following;
Less sugar in your daily diet
Try not to touch the infected area, then another area on your face. It will just cause the oils to spread, i suggest using biore warming blackhead cleanser, it honestly works quite well. Clears up the oils, germs and other problems that cause blackhead breakouts. It's all about consistence when you use a product and your skin has to adapt to it for it to work it's full effects.

 

I'd have to disagree. I use an ointment called Retin A and it works. I suggest not touching the area though. If it is itching, I suggest washing your hands in clean water with soap before doing so.

 

This sounds kind of dumb, but I heard it actually works. Put toothpaste on it before you go to bed, when you wake up, it should be gone - or near it. Also, regularly wash your face and don't touch where your spots are unless you've washed your hands. I'm lucky and I hardly get spots, but this is what some of my friends have said.

 

I asked the same question here on sythe about a week ago, and didn't seem to get any answers that helped.

So, i'm going to go to my dermatologist some time and see if i can get some chemical peels done or something like that, they get rid of your blackheads and most other minor skin blemishes.

 

Also, loads of people subconsciously touch their face throughout the day. This basically transfers the excessive amount of oils you have on your hands on to your face. And unless you frequently wash your face, you could easily start breaking out.

This happened to me a for a bit last year, all I had to do was catch myself during school when I was touching my face (specifically my chin) and stop myself. I don't do it anymore and I really haven't had an outbreak since.

 

I'm also interested in this, i heard that if you apply elmers glue and let it dry, it'll pull out the black heads. With the toothpaste thing, do i let it dry first then go to sleep?

go to the doctors, don't end spending hundred(s) of dollars on neutrogena and over the counter products

 

Yes I would also like more instruction on the toothpaste approach to blackhead removal, please enlighten us Finn.

 

Yes, i'm pretty sure you let it dry and go to sleep, wash it off the next morning.

 

Lol, I'm going to try this tonight, If my skin is peeling off in the morning I'll fucking murder you because I'll feel uncomfortable all day.

 

I diden't use anything seriously i had ance not bad just like 5 pimples well wasn't really ance but anyway i had long hair and got it cut short and they went away, i think it was from the oil from my hair etc. Although now i have long hair i'm 17 atm and no more pimples interesting.

 

Cutting dairy from my diet (mostly ) was the hardest thing for me since I drink so much milk, but after a week I could see a HUGE decrease in breakouts.

For me, it was the dairy but everyone has different reactions to things but I suggest trying it out. I now drink almond milk instead of regular cow milk. A little more expensive but it tastes good.

If you want a more permanent solution then look into accutane. You will need a dermatologist to prescribe it. I think statistics on it is something like 80% of people get rid of their acne/pimples for ever. You won't get it if you only get 1 pimple a week though since it has a lot of side effects.

 

I usually get my hands wet in the bathroom then touch my face then dry it to dry my skin up, and I usually don't touch my face with my hands but with my shirtt. ;p

 

worse to use your hands or shirt because that can irritate your skin, softly pat dry using a dry towel
