Next Gen suggestion.

First off, don't get me wrong I LOVE it.

But let's think how we counld make it even better;

I think in the boxes onthe left of the screen we could have room to add ourown 'fave' links for example mine would be

-Staff lounge
-Report a sammer
-Spam forum

I think it would helpmemebers with shops to navigate to there page instantly.

Another idea is to have you last 5 posts in another box, this way if you were talking on two posts you could easily swap back and forward beetween them.

Both good ideas to be honest, I like the idea of having personalised favourites on the left, that would be pretty helpful. Possibly you could save links to threads there also, just as an idea.
The last 5 posts is also a good idea if you're having an active discussion, I like it.
There could be a few other links in these boxes too, such as the rules, donation page etc, although it may clamber it up a little.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a "Forum Jump" bar?
I'd agree with favourite links to a specific thread though.

Your second idea, I like. It would be a good help to those who are actively debating in the SFA section. However, I am against making the boxes too cluttered. So maybe 3 posts instead of 5?

 

jCash, I love it. And to be honest, I don't think it would be that hard to implement it. Matthew could add 'Favourite' under 'Thread Tools' and then once you've selected it, it goes to the bottom of the panel.

Such a good idea jCash.

 

Maybe even make a dark red version of this theme?

You can go to User CP > Edit Options > Change default theme.

Hope I helped. If you're not logged in when you visit Sythe, it'll always show the default theme though. It's how the forums are set.

Having more boxes in the sidebar with other shit is a nice idea, but it would also be nice if you could turn them off. D:

 

Something id like to see (if possible) is the boxes to be on the right of the screen, may be just me but it feels wierd staring at the right side of the screen (i know its not like really at the right but still does )

Maybe users could have an option to which side they want it at?

Also what about making the forums/statistics or whatever stretch full screen after the boxes have ended? Would look something like this..

Or could have an option to hide them so it was all stretched?

Would be really useful to be able to have some favorite threads also, so you quickly can navigate to your posts or posts that your bidding something on etc.
