Farming - 14 Ranarrs From 1 Seed

Hey, just wondering - What is the most amount of Ranarr herbs you have got from 1 seed?

I usually get 5-7, but I just got 14 from ONE seed. Does using Supercompost increase the amount you get? Or does it just make it grow faster?

I got this from the patch just north-east of Ardougne



EDIT: As of now, seeds are around 22k and herbs are around 8.5k

That's 119k, minus the seed cost, 97k profit from doing basically nothing. Sweet.

 

My max is 19 snaps from one plant. I've only gotten it once in over a year of doing daily herb runs (had an 18, and a few 17's).

Still, like 250k profit from one plant is nice indeed.

Also, I thought supercompost just decreases chance of it becoming diseased? Quite sure that it doesn't give you more herbs either way.

hmm not sure on how much herbs from one seed, but my best run was 51 herbs in total

 

Super compost doesn't effect your yield, it makes your herbs less-prone to disease. Magic secatures will increase your yield by 10% so it's worth using them.

 

IF you have completed MY Arm's Big Adventure quest then you can use the patch in the top of the Troll Stronghold.

It's an easy quest and you don't need to use Supercompost there because the patch will never get diseased.

Also SuperCompost only helps the patch not getting diseased, nothing else
