Yes He his most probably a botter.

 

I don't think he's a botter. I think he's a legit player with no life which is why he got the first 99 in dungeoneering

Some say he's a botter, others say the account is owned by more than one person.

I think he's botted all other stats apart from Dungeoneering, in which case he's got together 3 Runescape no-lifers and himself to play 6 hours per day.

 

He's probably spent 10K+ days playing RS...

I doubt there is even a Dungeoneering bot about yet - if there is, not efficient enough to achieve 99 in the skill this fast. I don't think he bots, just spends a lot of time playing the game. For those of you who say he "no lifes" well technically you're wrong. He has a life, he just chooses to spend the vast majority of it playing RuneScape.

Take "no-lifer" as an idiom. Of course he has a life... As Mr said, it's probably owned by different no-lifers.
