Explanation of the trade: Isn't the first time there is issues with this worker. I will post the entire ticket transcript for moderators to see.
How they scammed:Took items from a customer.
Other relevant trade screenshots:Will post in a deleted post beneath.

To me it is super clear what happend. What is evident that he did it is that he first mentions how the bankpin was changed and he no longer has access to the bank, or (G.E history for that matter)

Then he miracously posted a picture where he shows the grand-exchange history (where he basically tries to proof that he did not sell anything). This screenshots was not automatically taken bij RuneLite, it was done manually..

Now all of the sudden he has a brother (sharing the same pc), so doesn't work alone and is working 10h/10h shifts. Right.

Thanks for taking this report. It is the second time where the wealth of a customer was taken where Zom was involved. I took his side the first time since the customer was really suspicious and provided "fake evidence" (previous report handled my Pirate).

17. Breaking the rules such as stealing, scamming, putting additional levels, consistant complaints about losing wealth from customers accounts will lead to ban from our services without a chance to receive deposit back

This line in our Terms of Service is applicable here.

I have refunded the 276M of the customer out of my own pocket and i want to use the 200M of his deposit as compensation. I will then take the loss of 76M which i am totally fine with.

Any pending/finished tickets that Zom did he will be payed for
