    How to fix disabled sound

Has your sound card ever just stopped working? Or have your speakers stopped playing those beats out of random? If so, this guide will show you a possible fix on how to get your sound up and running again!

    Requirements -
    • Typing skills
    • Speakers (On Board or External)

    Step 1 -

Start off by opening your Run Window by pressing the keys [ WINDOW + R ].
A window will pop up that looks like this...

    Step 2 -

Now that our Run Window is open we're going to go into the computers Services list.
We will do this by typing the following into the Run Window...
    Code:
    Services.exe
Once you do this, click OK and a window will pop-up.
Here's what the window looks like...

    Step 3 -

Alright, now that we have our Services Window open, we can search for [ Windows Audio ]. You can either scroll down until you see it, or just start typing it and it should automatically go to it.

Once you find it it'll either say [ Started ] or [ Stopped ] next to it.
    Like so...

    If it says Stopped -

If it says Stopped next to it, right-click on Windows Audio and select [ Start ] and wait for it to process.

    If it says Started -
Now we may be in a little bit of an issue, you can try right-clicking on Windows Audio and try to Restart the service, but if that doesn't work you should try stopping it and starting it again. If it doesn't work after that, your sound card is fried and you're going to have to purchase a new one.

    or

Purchase a new sound card here.

Hopefully this has solved your sound playing issues, if you have any questions feel free to post.

This guide is awesome. It's useful, it's an original topic, and it's properly set out. Pictures are cropped, which is always a plus. One thing I would recommend for another guide is probably Centering it, as it look better centered.
