mage staker gear?

well im currently in procces of making a mage staker has 50 mage and 25 def giong for like 60 def 78 mage. once achieved what gear do i need to stake??? besides the runes for claws of guth

 

klanks. and whatever looks good, i suggest full rune, maybe switch it up now and again and use a mage robe instead of rune chain. but 60 78 will be good.

 

Just full rune, chaos guants, god staff and god cape.

Chaos guantlets can be obtained from the quest Family Crest.

What I often did was, set up with just armour (in my normal PKing gear), and I'd stake later with the same gear. I didn't even bother with ammies, capes, what have you. I just went in with the rune+staff and merked kids who wore all the fancy gear.

 

If you're a mage pure (no attack or str), use full rune, chaos guants. If you're facing another mage pure, wear Wizzy robes/hat or a santa (+ mage). If you have attack and str, sq, med, etc
