Need Seal Created

Well, I have this huge project on Utopia's, etc.. and We had to name our Utopia, and make a seal for it. also a slogan.
btw, a Utopia is a "perfect world"
So, each student must make their own "perfect world"
I do realize there are Seal generators online, but none are of my interest. I am sure sythe can do a much better job

If you could help me out, It'd be great. I am needing this ASAP, as the Project is due this Monday.

Basic Info about seal:

"Nation of Retika" or "Retika" written on it. "Retika" is my Utopia name.
The Utopia's "sacred animal" is a bird, It would be great if it was a black bird. It would make it look much nicer.

I'm looking for Black and white for the seal, but if you could, please make me two versions if possible.
