The DNT trade has nothing to do with any of this. Also, I told you that the account is locked. I have the password to the account. So how would it make sense I’m scamming someone else? Also, I just posted our convo on discord from when you sold me the account how you word for word told me that your wife played on the account! Not that it was her account or she made it or anything. You didn’t inform me that until about two hours ago! And today, you also said on discord that YOU made the account. I posted all the screenshots of what you said so the mods can see. AND you said via discord you could help but you “technally” don’t have to so you won’t.

Please post screenshot proof of the ToS agreed to prior to the sale.

 

I can’t find anything in our DMs. I’m guessing he had them posted on the OG post of the account sale.

 

I am going to need to see proof of the ToS or proof there was none if I am to help resolve this matter. If you can link me the sold thread, I can check its edit history to see if there was ToS listed.

There was no ToS listed on that thread when the account was advertised.

@Drugo If there was no specified amount of time in your ToS that you are liable, then you have a responsibility of 2 years. You will need to show me if and where you had him agree to your ToS.

 

I just noticed that you purchased the account October 22, 2020. It has been over 2 years so @Drugo is under no obligation to help you with the account.

If he claimed he was the OO when you bought it and you didn't find out until after that he wasn't (because his wife was) then that's another discussion and I will need to see where he claimed he was OO. and from @Drugo where you claimed it was your wifes account (prior to the sale, not after).

This was prior to purchase and all he said about his wife prior to today is she played on it and had no interest. If she made the account and actually played it you wouldn’t of said she played it. The account had over 1900 ttl prior. Also he said today he was the one that made it

And they way he acted when I finally got on my pc for the first time in months I don’t want to help the dnt kid.

I never said I was oi I said I alt with it and made it for my wife to play.

There is no proofs, he never asked I just made the statement I use it to alt on and my wife plays it.

Show me where you said this. And regarding whether or not he sold the account and is trying to recover it. Unless you have proof of this, that argument is irrelevant. If that is the case, then said victim would have to make a report. This deal was between you and him. Please show me where you said you made it for your wife.

And I would say that 2 years later what ever he has done with the account in that time is relivent.

he has problem used it to scam more people and recoverd it that many times jagex decided to lock it.

your acc can get locked from too many differnt IP address that dosent have any thing todo with me either.

He never told me prior to yesterday that it was made for his wife or she had the OG email or anything. All I was told is she played it for a little bit.

Here is the long story.

we was sitting in the lounge room one day and she said I wana play.
So she and I made and acc with her email she has linked to her Xbox live.
She played it for a while and lost intrest.
It was good, we bonded. did quests and when she wasn’t useing it or then stoped playing I’d use it for an alt. We needed the money one day so she said sell it.

here is why I don’t have the email.

I woke up one morning after she had been out with her girls friends to find she wasn’t home yet. I got on my pc and went to message her but it was logged into her Facebook and there she was messaging her sister making a cover story as to where she had been… and not with another guy.

We have two kids together and a life and now it’s just me and the kids. We hardly speak and the children don’t see her often.

I don’t have her email account and I hope you have enough information to understand, I can’t help.

Even 2 years later, I would if I could. But I can’t

 

I understand all of that but the wife owning the email and was made for her and not you was never told to me until now. So what would of happened if this woulda happened prior to the two year mark?

 

I can’t access it anymore but I had a post that was stating I was buying a main account from OO and that’s where he contacted me from. I didn’t find him, he found me via that post and that’s how the communication was made.
