What I'm suggesting is instead of Free Guides and Guide Sales being sub-forums under the RuneScape Black Market forum, we should make a guides forum in the RuneScape section.
It could the 5th forum down, between RuneScape 2 Pictures & Videos and RuneScape Server Development. When you click on it, it could have two sub-forums, Free Guides and Guide Sales. So it would be just like the current one, only clearer.
I'm suggesting this because I feel it would make it a lot clearer and easier for new users to access the guide boards. It's a pretty big section, a lot of people are always looking for guides so having it as an independent forum could make it even more popular and I think a lot more people would start writing and reading RuneScape 2 Guides.
    Feedback please.

The Runescape section can't have any sales in it. It's not the right spot for it.

However, I think Free guides going into the Runescape section would work. Maybe a sticky in it showing where the Guide Sales are, and in the Guide sales, a sticky showing were the free guides are.

Sounds about right, I see what you mean about the Runescape section not having sales in it, that's fair enough. The black market could still hold the guide sales forum though, with a sticky on the RuneScape 2 Guides forum (if created) giving a dirrect link to the Guide Sales forum, as this could make the sales forum die down a little.

It used to be like this. We moved it to the market upon the return of guide sales, because things can't be sold in the Runescape section. I wouldn't mind seeing the free guide section being in the Runescape forum, but it just seems more logical to put the two subforums together

What about having the free guides in both sections? like making a new sub-forum in the runescape section, and it would just link to the market one.

It would be more logical if the free guide section was under the runescape section. Just keep the sales section under blackmarket.

Yeah, but having the free guides more on display will attract more people to the forum I think. Also, if there's a sticky advertising he guide sales forum, surely that will make people want to purchase some to access even better guides. The guide sales forum will be in the same place, and it will have a sticky advertising it - it's a win-win situation.

    Thanks for the positive feedback.
