Halo Reach Sniper Rifle

Heres a clip of me with the new sniper rifle from halo reach. Its not much but it shows its sound and looks. I like it better than the H3 snipe.

Yea And the beta was released on May 3rd, which is a couple days ago, Some beta codes were givin out before that time though.

 

I have to admit, I like this one in reach ALOT better than in the older ones. It seems like I can kill people alot easier. haha

 

It feels alot better when I kill someone with it, it just feels and sounds sexy

 

Reach is trying to be like Halo1. Halo one required the most skill. Halo one was a great game on XBC, I would play that over three TBH. Halo two was great also. The halo one sniper looks like reach, but it seems has a lot more auto-aim. Is the pistle like 1? Three shots to the head? To be honest reach looks a lot like shadowrun.

 

I dont think there trying to be like Halo 1 but I see how they took elements from both halo 1 and 2 I believe. Also they did make it more challenging so I think it will be alot more competitive and great for mlg. Oh and pistol requires more than 3 shots to the head its not like the halo 1 pistol, the only thing similar is the scope I think.

 

I have a friend who will NOT stop talking about Reach. LOL. I don't play halo that much, but the people in that game didn't seem to be wearing the normal armor suits. Honestly, it looks like Urban Terror character models.

Halo: Reach seems to minimize the actual skill of the player. Halo 1 - 3 was more highly skill based than what the Beta has seen. The beat down mechanic in this game is terrible. I'll take Halo 1, 2, or 3 over Reach.

 

I kinda disagree with that. but actually halo 2 imo required the most skill because players could bxb bxr quad shot ect... That took some time and practice and isnt always consistent. Oh and I miss ducking and dodging punches in halo 2 lol.

 

This is probably going to be the first halo I've played since the first one.

 

Halo 2 by far took the most skill(halo 1 close behind) i couldnt tell from the video but it kinda seemed like the halo reach sniper was similar to the halo 2 sniper? more so than the 3rd game. I never got odst which is why im not playing the beta so im just waiting for it to come out because the game looks awesome, nice use of the sniper in the video btw.

 

If you played alot of halo 3 then reach is so hard to get used to.
