If i get clocked, and they find out wont they just ban xbl on my xbox?

 

I highly doubt you will get banned I have been in many lobbies and never got banned for being in the lobby just use the Add Days mod
you will be good.

 

But say if i did get caught, what would be the consequences, my xbox will be banned from xbox live right? Just wondering, i am still insterested in getting this.
