I've bought gold like that before, never banned. Also know other people who have bought gold like that and they also weren't banned.

 

1k. Jagex would take that as a gift tbh. If you get banned for 1k, they're crazy.

You can always get banned. It is highly unlikely as Blizzard is very lenient, but you just might be banned. Also, you do not need to buy 1kg, it is very easy to earn. (You were probably buying it for a new account).

You most likely won't be banned. It is best to put an item in the AH for a price not worthy of X amount of gold and then buy it, or just send the money using the mailbox.

If you get banned, I'd be highly disappointed in Blizzard. It's very unlikely, however, as 1k is a very low amount of gold.

Nah they won't ban you.
Just make sure you never use the method of where they log onto your account.
I got my self banned that way.

 

I highly doubt it, even if they do see it, the maximum they would od is probably give you a warning just to scare you, i used to buy it in chunked of 50k and share it out between my mates so we got the discount, we never got banned.

Make sure you use a level 1 to buy it, my main has been getting gold farmer whispers daily since I bought it. (really bad mistake)

Trust me 1k isnt going to hurt you... people sell gold all the time.. there really laid back on the gold traders .. cuz they cant do anything about it.. cuz when you trade gold they cant moniter the flow of gold via trade... they can with mail though.....
