Explanation of the trade / How they scammed:

I am making this report on behalf of @tomwascripts since it includes people in our server (his product though).
When Tom first started selling AHK Zappelin#1727 / EazyXP#1727 bought an agility script from him. I guess Zappelin#1727 / EazyXP#1727 was PMing people in my server and kapten skev#6493 was one of them.

Both kapten skev#6493 and Zappelin#1727 / EazyXP#1727 knew who Tom was, and about his scripts. Zappelin#1727 / EazyXP#1727 decided to resell Tom's agility scripts to kapten skev#6493. kapten skev#6493 told Tom and Zappelin#1727 / EazyXP#1727 was promptly banned from my server.

Here is where it gets a little interesting:
I asked kapten skev#6493 for proof and this is what he sends:

I strongly believe kapten skev#6493 bought this script, knowing it was Toms and was stolen and was scammed for it. Image you can also note the attempted blackhat activity with wanting his IP...

I told him I was going to make this report, and I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was scammed a different way by Zappelin#1727 / EazyXP#1727, however you can see from this image that kapten skev#6493 is unwilling to cooperate. I can only assume he was buying this script from a illegal reseller, as he is unwilling to show proof otherwise. He is 100% correct he does not need to show me, but I cannot ignore the fact that all the facts point to him, so if he wants to show a mod, that is fine with me.

Here is Rule 5 from TOS (where Zappelin#1727 / EazyXP#1727 made a ticket, talking about the rules to reselling):

5) Our AHKs or Runelite plugins will not be resold or redistributed. Any code that we give you is ours and ours alone and is not to be given to others. It will also not be edited or used a template in scripts to re-sell.

I did not allow the user to resell. The screenshots clearly show that the user was trying to conceal his efforts to resell my software. Also this has huge reputational damage as he is distributing a highly detectable product at this point, so he is actively and knowingly getting accounts suspended with an old version of a product.

His claims that he was a beta tester are not exactly true, he was one of the few first customers I ever had when beginning selling and took this as being a beta test because I was giving discounts for new users as I was getting my name out there. This was used to mislead users in our server until purchasing a product that most definitely will get them banned.

We have taken appropriate precautions on our side and I have determined there was no breach, just an old beta copy of a piece of software from July of 22.
