Surround Sound

Well here is the summary. He bought about 20 pins from me at around $29 per 10 on April 1. April 17th I get an email saying that the funds are being held and to submit story, etc. In summary,the transaction got reversed. I feel I am still owed because he technically has the money. I would like to keep this here just in case I do not get the money. I know its on a limited account,etc,etc,etc, but I am out of 60$ now, and that paypal was tied to a bank account and im in negative balance. I have made another one to pay it off and close it, but I still haven't received the money. If he pays it off, ill update the thread then. I dont have proof that thats his paypal, but I am sure he himself will say it is,otherwise someone else will provide the picture please. Pictures:

Thats pretty much all I have from the paypal, I can get you pictures of the emails if you like.

 

Do you have msn conversation screen shots of him stating his paypal email address?

 

No, but im sure he will say it is him. Im not saying he's not legit. I am just putting this other there right now so its known. Just don't lock it or something so I can update if he says he isn't going to pay me back,etc.

 

I've asked him to PM me a reply to this report.

 

He PM'ed me and said that he will pay you back, but he has exams this week so he is not able to work and get the money back, so are you alright with waiting a week until his exams are over? Please contact him as it'll be easier for you guys to work things out.

I said I would settle for 40$ (the price I paid for the pins). I am not really sure how its going to be paid back yet though

He keeps saying every time he tries to pay me,his account gets limited again...I guess ill wait a week more and then say I wasnt paid. If I get paid after that I will say so

 

Well that's what he told me too. He says he can compensate with guides or accounts, if that's alright with you.

Well that's going to be hard with his Paypal situation. Talk to each other on msn and see if you guys can come to an agreement.
