Come On...

I'm guessing by now the staff know who I am (DaveyB). I AM banned incorrectly, as I haven't edited the screenshot I provided. As I previously explained, I only have a trial version of Photoshop which I downloaded not long ago. Back when all this happened I didn't even have the first idea of how to use photoshop. Also the updated ban reason makes no sense, the E-mail is displayed at the top.
My other dispute is still unanswered, despite the other disputes posted getting replies.
I have tried to contact Skele Master, Ben, and Darkgroove on msn, yet nobody even replies.
Come on, will somebody atleast answer me on msn, or reply to my threads. No editing took place, and I would like my ban reason explained as it makes no sense!

First of all, I'll apologise for making yet another thread, but since I can't reply to the threads I have made this is my only option.
Second of all, if any staff members would go on msn or actually answer to me on msn it would make this alot easier.

Skele, you quoted Pen's words on my previous appeal. I would preferably like to speak with Pen about this, as what Pen said is wrong. The top of my screenshot only shows Rs Mast3rs E-mail. That is not because it is edited, it is merely because he has made an msn account, and not entered a display name, or possibly put his display name as just a space.
I have took the liberty of proving this, I signed into 2 different msn's of my own, using ebuddy for the second as I can only use 1 windows live messenger at a time. All I did was click on my display name and delete it, and it then shows my E-mail only at the top of the conversation.

As you can see from that, saying it's edited because there is no E-mail at the top can't be true. If you even believe I have edited these, then try it yourself.

 

This thread is mainly aimed at Pen, as I have been told it was Sin and Pen's decision about my ban. Whether it's true or not, I believe Sin has something against me, and therefore would prefer Pen to deal with it.

This thread is going to cover alot,so if you aren't interested in the situation, you may aswell stop reading.

To start, I (DaveyB) and Rs Mast3r both believed we had been scammed, and posted our proof. After analyzing Rs Mast3r's picture thoroughly, I can't find and flaws with it, which would suggest it's real, but I also know myself that my picture is real, whether or not you choose to believe that.

Basically if you delete your display name, just your E-mail will show. Benwise pointed out that in my picture, Rs Mast3r has a display name in the conversation, but not at the top of the screenshot. This is possible, it just means that he had a display name whilst the messages were exchanged, and deleted it by the time I took the screenshot. I would also like to add, I was selling my account for a pin, hence the reason he was 'doing anything for a pin', then as you can see he says 'I got the pin lets go', which would support my idea that he may have deleted his display name.
I believe it is fairly clear from both mine and Rs Mast3r's screenshots that my picture, whether you believe it to be edited or not, is actually from a conversation with Rs Mast3r. Now, if the picture is from a conversation with Rs Mast3r, why would I feel the need to then edit out his display name on the top bar, and move his E-mail to the right, more so how would I do that and make each and every pixel so perfect, when just by looking at it, it would seem the top bar on an msn conversation would be more than difficult to edit.

The main thing you must understand here is:
I no longer believe I was scammed by Rs Mast3r. I don't intend to use Sythe for much buying/selling if I am unbanned, whereas I would expect Rs Mast3r would be fairly active in the market, therefore making Sythe more use to him, so just to clear it up I don't think he scammed.

Now you may be thinking, well if my screenshot is real, and so is Rs Mast3r's, then how can they be different. Here comes probably the most farfetched explanation you will ever hear, and I know the chance of anybody believing it who hasn't experienced it first hand are slim to none. This is all I can think of though, and if you actually analyze my picture thoroughly and realise it's not edited, you may take this explanation atleast into consideration as something must explain the different screenshots.

I use mobile broadband, and dont have a particularly good connection, if I remember rightly I had disconnected several times prior to that part of the conversation with Rs Mast3r.
However, it can disconnect in 2 ways, it can fully disconnect meaning i have lost all connection, or it can just lose the internet connectivity.
If it fully disconnects, i will be signed out of msn almost immediately, and therefore messages sent will be recieved next time I sign in, if it only loses the internet connection, msn will remain signed in for maybe a few minutes.
If in that time it regains the connection, i will recieve any messages that are sent whilst I was disconnected, if it doesnt reconnect then I will be signed out, and anything said to me whilst disconnected wont be recieved at all.
Basically it still shows me as signed in, when I dont actually have connection to the internet to recieve messages, so people will think im recieveing their messages, but due to no connection I wont, but since msn hasn't actually signed me out, it won't count them as offline messages.
Yes it sounds ridiculous, but i actually dont think Rs Mast3r recieved the account details as I sent them whilst internet connectivity was lost, and I wont have recieved the pin he tried to give he, explaining why we both have different pictures.

This is all I have to say for now, Pen you have my msn, I would prefer to speak with you directly so I don't have to post more threads. Sin if you do have input on this situation, which I'm pretty sure you will, I just request that if you do have anything against me, you can put that aside for now.

On a final note, I would like to thank Benwise and Suf for atleast answering me on msn, Skele and Darkgroove just ignore me.

It was mine and Sin's decision to ban you, in fact I'm pretty sure I'm the one who banned you, not Sin.

Now the only part of that annoying post I'm going to respond to is the following, because I'm sure you've been told to death that we still think it's fake:

Do you really expect us to believe that? You had completely different text in the middle, it wasn't a matter of one screenshot missing text and the other one having it. It was completely gone.

 

Firstly Darkgroove, if the problem is that you are afk, maybe you can arrange a time with me when I can speak to you properly. I have tried numerous times to contact you on msn for well over a month now, and I have never had a single reply from you.

Now, my picture isn't fake. If you believe it's fake because mine shows a different conversation to Rs Mast3rs, then if you read through my previous thread properly you will see my explanation for this. I guarantee you can't find anything on the picture to prove it's fake, since it's not, and it's beginning to get annoying. I have given an explanation which you don't seem to have read, maybe do some real analysis on my picture so you can finally realise it isn't edited, then you may be able to givemy explanation some consideration.

Tyro, I appreciate you answering my other thread, although answering with a question doesn't help much as I obviously can't reply without creating a new thread, and probably annoying the staff.
But in answer to your question Tyo, yes, that is what I'm saying. You must read my explanation properly before coming to a conclusion about it. It's not just bad connection, it's a problem that only happens from my knowledge on mobile broadband. I'm sure if you google the problem there would be somebody else somewhere in the world who has experienced this. I hope that if somebody analyses my picture well enough to realise it isn't fake they might take my explanation into consideration.

 

Well whenever I come home and see your messages, you've gone offline so there's not much I can do about that now is there.

We have done some real analysis on your pic, which is why we think its fake. I have read your explanation for this, and think its pure garbage and the post of a desperate man trying anything to get his sythe account unbanned.
