Why is this member not banned?

I've seen several scammer reports against Blackkk and most have been successful yet he is not banned.

Perhaps I don't have all the facts and the staff know something I do, just thought I'd bring this to your attention incase you forgot to ban him or something.

 

Yes, i saw few reports too.. He shoulda get banned.. but, does he sent an ban issue or something to get unbanned?

 

Not that I can see, I checked out the dispute archive and didn't see any disputes from him. My best guess is that the scammer report was filed when he was temporarily banned from an infraction build up and when Pen went to ban him, the ban was put in place but his temporary ban expired a few days later unbanning him completely. So I guess it's a mistake or something we are missing, whatever.

 

It's probably an accident. Just Pm one of the admins (Better off Pen) with all this.
