    3 Day Fast Done!

I've recently just completed a 3 day water fast. For 72 hours I didn't eat any foods and just drank water. During this time I mainly rested for healing, although I was still online a bit, sometimes to distract from hunger.

Today I broke the fast with a meal of dragonfruit. These were pretty good! I think they were not completely ripe yet but I may try more varieties later.

what 'healing' results did you get? how much weight did you lose? weird choice of food to break the fast considering dragon fruits are mainly just water too

Fellow faster! Also, great dragon fruit, as I told you before with the purple insides being some of the best! As well, a really sweet PFP GIF. :D <3 *insert emoji handshake* I love these old-school emojis btw! :p

    3 Day Fast Done!

Well, if you mean weird in a negative connotation, then I'd say not weird. Since it's good to go slow when breaking a fast, especially if it was for multiple days. So, the fruit is good on nutrition, carbs are good (the keto diet is super horrible for you, according to the latest studies, and carbs grew our brains, not meat, according to science), it helps transition back to more soluble stuff while still getting hydrated.

About, 20% of our diet is part of our hydration. The average American, and many others, doesn't get enough hydration whatsoever, according to studies. They say about 75% of Americans have an average of 2.5 cups of water a day when really those people should have 3 or so liters of water a day (12 cups or so a day).

Sometimes though, I do have a big meal right after a dry or regular fast. I've felt bad before when having a really big meal after dry fasting before, but usually not the case for having big meals during a dry fast or regular fast. Something else, I've done a 2-week liquids-only thing, and I noticed an overload before in eating a very large meal, but it wasn't horrible, no vomiting unlike what plenty (not 'all', as plenty doesn't mean 'all', and not all realize that) of Muslims and others have done when breaking a fast (break-fast... breakfast).

I wrote most of this yesterday, and got back to it today.
