and richman you would probably have better luck
buying gold to a level 3 then buy your phat, off a trusted member

 

Thanks Matt! i was hoping to find a lvl 3 recover acc with phats from before trade limit. doesnt necessarily have to have skills on it. hopefully there is someone like that who will sell to me. but i will also try your advice. Ty. Still looking btw!
