Made a Dispute against Gold4Rs what will happen?

Ok so i bought an account from them for $75.99. They gave me it, then 2 days later it got recovered. I waited 5 days they gave me a new account. 2 days later its recovered. Without contacting them ive filed a dispute, can you guys tell me if im likely to win or whatever?

Unfortunately quite a lot of of people sell accounts to gold2rs and then recover them back after a couple of months.

I think your chance of success depends on how recently gold4rs bought the accounts that they sold you. If they bought them recently, they have more chance of disputing their money back from the original seller, and hence you have more chance of a refund.

edit: oh you mean you've just filed a dispute directly with paypal... I dunno what your chances are with them.

 

Paypal sorry and if they dont refund me ill escalate it to a claim then ring them.

 

I mean I'm sure you will be able to get the money back but then just don't Gold4RS again.

 

I've sold many accounts to gold4rs. I've never recovered them though, as they just claim their money back afterwards if you do.

They posted a message saying talk to the live chat agent for a new account. Do you guys think im likely to win the dispute?

 

Did you escalate it to a claim? If i have to i'll ring paypal to get it back.

 

yes ,i used to buy account from gold4rs as well, later got recovered again ,indeed sucks ,how come saying 100% safe? dispute then claim or call paypal saying never got the products ,paypal will try its best to get it back for you since it was on line sale

 

if its virtual goods then nope

 

If you dispute any transaction, they will escalate it to a Paypal claim. I've had it done before. And if this is for something that you bought from them, you will most likely lose as Paypal does not look favorably upon the buying/selling of virtual goods

 

if you have enough proofs, i believe, you can win the battle
