paypal claims.

i recently recieved a paypal claim, saying that it wasnt an authorized transaction.
now im out $16 and 2 royal crowns.
in the claim description, i asked them to check the IPs of where the claim was filed and where the money was sent, because it was immediately after i was sent the money.
do you think i will get my money back.
and how long will it take for them to resolve this?

 

I don't think PayPal really reads claims thoroughly enough for them to comply with your requests (unless the case is seriously substantial- like dealing with $20,000). If you want them to run a serious IP check, call PayPal and ask them to do it... It seems more effective.

 

Call Paypal is all I can stress. It's extremely hard to win these claims, good luck.

they gave me my money back!!!!

Gratz.. but they typically deny unauthorized claims unless there's substantial evidence.
