Buying SWAT/Snipers/MLG/Doubles Boosters

Requirements of the account:
Must NOT be banned from Halo 3 matchmaking, I've bought boosters that were before >_>
Must have at least one month of Xbox Live Gold
Must be positive boosters
Must be under level 30 in whatever playlist it boosts
Must have at least 400 losses in whatever playlist it boosts in. If under 400, it must have over 300 with at least 3x more losses than wins.
Windows Live ID associated with the account must not have been changed in the past 30 days.
No credit cards can be attached to the gamertag, both currently and in the past.

Post here or PM me if you're willing to sell any. I will not go first unless it is to FerenSilver. Other exceptions may be made if you are an OMM or moderator on Sythe. I will be paying with PayPal or with live time / MSP.
